I sometimes wonder who benefits from the Internet most. Do governments and other organizations benefit from it most or do ordinary people who use the Internet at home are more likely to benefit from it?

It seems that everybody benefits from the Net differently. Some people go online to have fun, while others go there to conduct business transactions. Maybe those who spend most time on the Internet are those who are more likely to benefit from everything that the Internet has to offer to all those who choose to use it. I guess it is up to everybody to make sure that they take advantage of the Internet the best they can.
